SHIPPING AND RETURNS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

At KAANAS we understand that ordering shoes online can be a bit intimidating.  We’d like to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. We only offer full sizes for many styles so we encourage you to order up and down so you have the freedom to pick the right size for you in the comfort of your own home.

Our hope is that our handmade shoes work great for you, but if that’s not the case please contact us at wehelpu@kaanas.com so we can process your return request.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn outside or altered. Please contact us within 14 business days of the date you received your order so we can email you a prepaid shipping label for your return.

All sale items ending in 0.99 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment if the item is shipped back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the date you received your order.  All orders returned after these 14 business days (and within 30 calendar days of the date order was received) will receive a store credit for future purchases.

Once your return package arrives back at our distribution center please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.  Once your refund is processed please allow an additional 5 business days for the credit to show up in your bank account.  We will of course, try to process it as quickly as possible.

Please follow instructions below to ensure we can process your return promptly:

  1. Contact us at wehelpu@kaanas.com to receive a prepaid UPS return label. All exchanges will ship free of charge.  PLEASE NOTE: Refund requests will incur a $6.00 fee for shipping the return back to our distribution facility.  This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  2. Let us know the size or style you would like to exchange your current item for or if it’s a return for refund
  3. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels.

NOTE: Please do not use your shoe box as your shipping box

  1. Affix the UPS prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at a UPS store or schedule a pickup online at ups.com. Please keep a copy of our email with prepaid label for tracking
  2. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed
  3. Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed

 

GUARANTEED STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped within five business days of the date the order was placed.
