We want you to be satisfied with your KAANAS purchase. Try out your purchase in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund, provided the product follows the below:

  • Is in new condition
  • Has not been worn or altered – we recommend trying out the shoes on soft surfaces such as a carpet or rug.
  • Fits the packaging and documentation requirements
  • Is returned according to the schedule below 

 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us: 

 

  1. Using the order confirmation number, typically a  4 or 5-digit that can be found in the order confirmation email or next to P/O Number on the pick ticket, visit https://kaanas.myreturnscenter.com/ and follow the return/exchange instructions. Make sure to use the email used to make the purchases.

  1. Send your purchase back to us using the UPS pre-paid label provided by email.

Sending your package 

 

  1. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove the original mailing address labels. NOTE: Please do not use your shoebox as your shipping container
  2. Ensure the merchandise is properly packaged, using the original stuffing
  3. Affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label to your package. Please keep a copy of our email with the tracking details of your return
  4. Once your return arrives back at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed

 

REFUND / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

 

NOTE:  Original shipping charges are not refundable, and all refund requests will incur a $6.00 fee for shipping the package back to our distribution facility. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment if the item is shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of the date you received your order.  All orders returned after these 14 days (and within 30 calendar days of the date order was received) will receive a store credit for future purchases. All orders returned after these 30 days will be returned to the customer.

Once your refund is processed please allow an additional 7 business days for the credit to show up in your bank statement.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

NOTE: International orders cannot be exchange.

COVID SHIPPING AND RETURNS UPDATE

All orders continuing to be packed and shipped out within 1-5 business days, following the date of purchase. Our shipping carrier are unfortunately experiencing delays in processing and delivering parcels. 

All returns are continuing to be received at our warehouse. Due to COVID restrictions, returns are taking up to 25 days to process.

 

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE

KAANAS is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered. We recommend opting into Route Shipping Insurance to help ensure your order is protected, in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. 

All claims must be submitted through the Route App, claims.route.com, or the Route confirmation email following your purchase. If you’re having trouble submitting a claim, reach out to us at info@kaanas.com, and our team would love to help!

Please Note: Route Shipping Insurance will not be refunded or reimbursed via gift card for returned orders. 

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

KAANAS is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to the country. 

As these fees are not computed nor applied by KAANAS, if you are unsure about the charges, please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

GUARANTEED STANDARD SHIPPING: Standard orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped within two business days of the date the order was placed.  You will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking details.

GUARANTEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING: UPS 2-day Air expedited orders placed before 12PM EST on regular business days will be shipped on the same day order was placed.  Expedited orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
