SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT? 

We do our best to process and ship your KAANAS order ASAP. Usually, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order on the following business day.

Note:  All items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you of the order cancellation within 2 business days and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships out.

 

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 Please follow instructions below to ensure we can process your return promptly:

- Contact us at wehelpu@kaanas.com to receive a prepaid UPS return label. All exchanges will ship free of charge.  PLEASE NOTE: Refund requests will incur a $6.00 fee for shipping the return back to our distribution facility.  This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Let us know the size or style you would like to exchange your current item for or if it’s a return for a refund

Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels.

Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.

NOTE: Please do not use the shoe box as your shipping box

Affix the UPS prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at a UPS store or schedule a pickup online at ups.com. Please keep a copy of our email with prepaid label for tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed

Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed

 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

 Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if the item is shipped back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the date you received your order.  All orders returned after these 14 business days (and within 30 calendar days of the date order was received) will receive a store credit for future purchases.

Once your return package arrives back at our distribution center please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.  Once your refund is processed please allow an additional 5 business days for the credit to show up in your bank account.  We will of course, try to process it as quickly as possible.

 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTED?

 Our hope is that our handmade shoes work great for you, but if that’s not the case please contact us at wehelpu@kaanas.com so we can process your return request. Please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

 We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, international credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

  • WILL TAX BE APPLIED?

Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise and will be applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state.

  • DOES KAANAS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • I WOULD LOVE TO TRY THINGS ON. DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

 Unfortunately, we do not have a store currently. However, many department stores carry our products. See a complete list of authorized retailers here

 

  • I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED KAANAS BEFORE. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE?

 Due to the nature of our handmade shoes, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Your KAANAS will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.
