SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT? 

We do our best to process and ship your KAANAS order ASAP. Usually, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order on the following business day.

Note:  All items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you of the order cancellation within 2 business days and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships out.

 

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All sale items ending in 0.99 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you to be satisfied with your KAANAS purchase. Try out your purchase in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund, provided the product follows the below:

    • Is in new condition
    • Has not been worn or altered – we recommend trying out the shoes on soft surfaces such as a carpet or rug.
    • Fits the packaging and documentation requirements
    • Is returned according to the schedule below 

 

 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us: 

 

  1. Using the order confirmation number visit https://kaanas.myreturnscenter.com/ and follow the return/exchange instructions. Make sure to use the same email used to make the purchase.

The order # is typically a 4-5 digit number that can be found in the order confirmation email or next to P/O Number on the pick ticket included with your order, see below for reference.

 

  1.   Send your purchase back to us using the UPS pre-paid label provided by email.

 

Sending your package 

 

  1. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove the original mailing address labels. NOTE: Please do not use your shoebox as your shipping container
  2. Ensure the merchandise is properly packaged, using the original stuffing
  3. Affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label to your package. Please keep a copy of our email with the tracking details of your return
  4. Once your return arrives back at our distribution center, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed

 

NOTE:  Original shipping charges are not refundable and all refund requests will incur a $6.00 fee for shipping the package back to our distribution facility. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

 

What if I want to make an exchange?

  2. Once your return is received we will go ahead and ship your exchange pair. 

 

 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

 

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment if the item is shipped back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the date you received your order.  All orders returned after these 14 business days (and within 30 calendar days of the date order was received) will receive a store credit for future purchases.

Once your return package arrives back at our distribution center please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.  Once your refund is processed please allow an additional 5 business days for the credit to show up in your bank account.  We will of course, try to process it as quickly as possible.

 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Our hope is that our handmade shoes work great for you, but if that is not the case please contact us at wehelpu@kaanas.com so we can process your return request. Please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

 We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, international credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

  • WILL TAX BE APPLIED?

Tax will be calculated based on the total value of the merchandise and will be applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship-to state.

 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

  • DOES KAANAS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

As of _____ KAANAS will be offering shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $20. 

 

FIT

  • I WOULD LOVE TO TRY THINGS ON. DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

 Unfortunately, we do not have a store currently. However, many department stores carry our products. See a complete list of authorized retailers here

 

  • I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED KAANAS BEFORE. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE?

 Due to the nature of our handmade shoes, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Your KAANAS will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.
