The shoes that i received didn't look new. Therefore, the customer service was contacted immediately, and they asked me to take some pictures, which i did the next day. Haven't heard anything back from them afterwards. I still keep those shoes in the box, never tried them and don't want to use them. Overall, the quality of shoes doesn't seem to be good, i see the glue in some spots. Honestly very disappointed with the whole experience including the shoes quality and customer service. I'd expect much better product for the amount i paid.
